Our goal is to facilitate Home Owners and Estate Agents in their duty to comply with Government's Regulations on Home Information Packs. We also go further as our software can be used in the Conveyancing process to enable both the Buyer's and Seller's Conveyancer to quickly complete the transaction once a deal has been agreed.

Hips4Sellers desire is to help everyone involved in the process. Our solutions assist Buyers who don't want to have lots of printed material. They can read a Home Information Pack in the comfort of their own home or office and only print those parts they really want to keep. They get a free service that is accessible on the Internet all the time. We help Sellers by publishing the Home Information Pack for their Property where anyone can read it, print it or save it. We help Estate Agents by giving them a dedicated site to publish the HIPs of the Properties they are marketing. We help Pack Providers by giving them a site to compile HIPs for their clients and finally we help Conveyancers by giving them a site to obtain all the information they need effortlessly and without cost to the environment.
