How to publish a HIP

As a Seller...

1. To publish a HIP for your property that you has not been commissioned through one of our partner Estate Agents, you will need to have your Estate Agent register with us. We will create their online Home Information Pack Library and then you or they can send your HIP to us in electronic format either on CD-Rom or by email. We will then publish it on your Estate Agent's site. The cost for Internet publication is £100.00 per HIP. Contact info@hips4sellers.co.uk for more details about how to do this.

2. Ask your Estate Agent to contact us to commission a HIP for you and it will all be taken care of. Contact bettine@hips4sellers.co.uk for all the details you need to have a HIP for your home prepared, published and available to the world in no time!  

As an Estate Agent...

Register with us to obtain your own branded Home Information Pack Library. Obtaining a HIP is then a simple automated process from one of our registered providers. If you have a particular contact that you would like to provide HIPs through our system, please introduce them to us and they can join our panel of Home Information Pack Providers. We will then work with the Pack Provider until the HIP is ready. You will be able track the preparation of the HIP with our 24/7 online system. Once the HIP is complete it will be available to the public for viewing provided you or the Seller have given them the Password to access it.
