The 1st August 2007 saw the introduction of those parts of the Housing Act 2004 that contain the duty to have a Home Information Pack when selling a home. However the Government have limited the obligation to those homes with four or more bedrooms. They have also said that prior to marketing the duty is to have ordered a HIP, it does not have to be complete. This relieves the pressure on pack providers and those who are the source of the information that goes into a pack.
The market will be slow to adapt to the new Home Information Pack duties but Hips4Sellers have a cost competitive solution to provide HIPs to Seller's Estate Agents, Buyers and Conveyancers in the most economic and efficient manner possible.
We use the Internet to the best of its potential to cut down the delays that the Government and the Public want to see eliminated from the House buying and selling process.
